Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by after you receive your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We do not accept items that are worn, damaged, washed and/or altered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Who is responsible for the shipping cost on a returned item?
Our products are made to order so if you order the wrong size or change your mind and would like to return your product and get a refund, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund under those conditions. You will have to make a new purchase. If BMMR. is found liable by shipping the wrong item, size, color or a damaged item (shirt, hat etc...) BMMR. will cover the return cost and ship you a new product after we receive the item. If the customer is found liable then the customer will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Item Inspection
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@bmmrbrand.com.

My returned item is Sold Out in the size/color that I want.
If the item you are returning is sold out, you can substitute the item for another or we can issue you a refund.

May I return an item that was purchased with a discount code or on sale?
All orders processed with a discount code or sale price are final sale and may not be returned.
