Domestic Shipping (United States):
Domestic Orders are processed and fulfilled within 3-7 business days. Domestic shipping ranges from 2-5 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS. Government observed holidays, inclement weather conditions and Sundays (when Post Offices are closed) impact timeframe. If you still have not received your purchase after 4 weeks, please notify firstname.lastname@example.org as shipping times vary with product availability. You will receive an email with tracking# when your order has been fulfilled and shipped.
International shipping ranges from 14-30 business days depending on the customers country.
Customs authorities require that we state the retail cost of your order directly on your package.
Please note that customs policies and import duties vary widely for international orders outside of the United States. Your local customs office can assist with any customs duties outside of our control.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.
